When you receive mail through dutchmailer.com and want to have it forwarded to a country outside of the European UnionĀ customs requires you to fill out and sign a customs form CN-22 or CN-23.

Forms can be downloaded on the internet and can be pre-sent per regular mail to :

Do not forget to SIGN your form. Dutchmailer.com can not forward your items without a signature !

tip : You can pre-send multiple signed and filled out forms ahead of time to our customer service. Each time you have a parcel going outside of the european union we'll use one of your prefilled forms.

Can Dutchmailer.com fill out these forms for me on my behalf ?

Yes, we can, but in that case we do require that you send us an e-mailĀ from the e-mail address you used to sign up with dutchmailer.com. In it you are required to provide your

  • your screen-name

  • a valid phone number of the receiving party
  • the mail item number
  • and you need to put in writing that you specifically give us consent to fill out A form CN-22 or CN-23 on your behalf
  • a copy of your ID (passport / drivers license)

Please note that you need to do this for every single mail item we forward for you, and that a service charge will apply and all forms will be noted as "Content unknown" with a fixed market value of Eur. 10,-, no exceptions.

Dutchmailer staff will never open your mail so we can not vouch for its contents.
